Virtual Fair - what can I expect?

Taking place on Saturday 3 October between 12pm-4pm, all you need to do is go to our website and get stuck in. You’ll find:

On this page, you can explore the hundreds of student-led groups YUSU supports. This includes societies, student media, volunteering groups, RAG groups, sports clubs and liberation groups. When you click on an activity you’ll be taken to their own page. From there you can chat to the students who run the group (if they’re available), buy memberships and find out more about what they do.

Not sure which group is for you? Click the ‘surprise me’ button underneath the A-Z here

This page will have more information about the partners we work with, as well as different YUSU departments such as the Advice and Support Centre. The Advice & Support Centre (ASC), part of the Students' Union (YUSU), provides independent and confidential advice and guidance to students on academic, welfare and personal issues.

Bag yourself a bargain with loads of student discounts and unique codes.

Who can I chat to throughout the day?

YUSU staff and officers will be on hand to answer any questions you have throughout the day through an online chat box on the YUSU Welcome site Homepage. On the activities pages, there will be students who run these groups available to chat to via video or instant messaging too!

What if I want to go to one of the physical YUSU Fairs?

Great! Head here to see the themes of each day and book a slot.
