Even though there is no face-to-face campaigning this year, as a candidate you will still need the valuable skill of speaking to others. Being able to present information in clear, concise and interesting ways is important in making sure that your speech is memorable for you and your audience of potential voters; this session aims to develop your public speaking skills which will aid you during the campaigning process.
Jack Lowman, founder and author of Hack Yourself, the modern career and leadership company, will deliver a power masterclass to help you think differently about your campaign. As a successful campaigner himself, having been an elected officer back in 2006, Jack will bring to life his experience and share practical tips from the business world to help you succeed. This session will include learning about how self-leadership can transform your campaign and the importance of developing a personal brand.
These workshops are for candidates only, who will receive the Zoom link directly.
