Taekwondo is a Korean martial art with an emphasis on kicks and strikes. We have a focus on fitness, flexibility and self-defence, all taught by Master Alan Sparks (7th Degree Black Belt).
There are opportunities for both competitions and grading throughout the year, including the British University Taekwondo League which we recently joined!
Black belt or beginner, everyone is welcome to our training sessions and our variety of socials. Training is once a week (summer term), weeks 2 - 9, in the campus Sports Centre!
