About Social Self-Improvement Society
We meet once a week to cover different topics relating to self improvement such as self-knowledge, mindfulness, love languages and more! A typical session involves an icebreaker (genuinely not scary!) a presentation by one of the committee which is interspersed with activities or discussion prompts and we round off the session with reflections and further discussion. We then usually head to Courtyard for food and/or a drink but we also do socials fortnightly such as a board games evening, bar crawl, documentary showing or nature walks. We strive to be as friendly and inclusive as possible and love new joiners and any ideas they have. Hope to see you soon! :)
