About Psychology Society (PsychSoc)
This year, PsychSoc will be looking to organise regular social events, both on and off-campus, in line with social distancing guidelines whilst also still providing fun and relaxed events for our members.
Events will give you the perfect opportunity to meet new people from the department, and quickly form friendships with your fellow coursemates, both in your own year and other years too!
We will play a key part in integrating first years into the department, and we're hoping to hold an icebreaker session (either in-person or virtually), with upper years there to assist you with the transition to university life, especially in the first weeks of term.
Another aim of the society is to improve the relationship between staff and students in the department, hosting in-department events such as book sales and movie nights.
