About Pole Exercise Society (YUPE)
We are a student-led society who teach Pole Exercise to EVERYONE at ALL levels, no previous experience is required nor any body type. Learning Pole Exercise will help you to improve your strength, flexibility and grace and you will become part of a really accepting and inclusive community!
Classes are in James Hall on Thursdays (6-7, 7-8 pm) and Saturdays (1.30-2.30, 2.30-3.30pm)
Anyone can join, including complete beginners, don't worry if you're not strong or not flexible or not anything, you can build that from scratch! Come along to a class anytime and your first class is a taster and is free! So what is there to lose?
