About MMA & Thai Boxing
Mixed martial arts is the fastest growing sport in the world combining the striking arts of Muay Thai and Kickboxing with the grappling arts of Brazilian Jujitsu, Freestyle Wrestling and Judo. Classes are open to everyone, whether you want to train for self-defense, competition, fitness or just for fun. We can teach you a variety of strikes, take-downs and submissions all under the tutelage of two time Muay Thai world champion Richard Cadden. All abilities are welcome.
