About Ballroom and Latin Society (YBLS)
YBLS offers lessons in both Ballroom and Latin American dancing twice a week. Our professional teacher holds lessons for all abilities in a great social atmosphere. It is a fantastic way to meet new people, do some exercise and try something new. We also have a wonderful competition team which all members are welcome to join, you get to compete at Blackpool if you do!

Get Involved
Do you love Strictly Come Dancing and want to try it out the dances you see for yourself? Do you want to do more exercise in a fun new way? Then this is the society for you! You can join our society by buying membership online or at your first lesson. You don't need to bring a partner to dance with to be able to join in, we will make sure everyone has someone to dance with. Everyone can give competing a go and join our team! There are categories for all abilities in each competition and we will help you every step of the way. By joining our society you will be joining a wonderful group of people who want to have fun and learn something new.
